Zion Lutheran Church is called, gathered, and empowered by the Holy Spirit through Word and Sacrament to confess and proclaim the Gospel and love of Jesus Christ for over 150 years.
As a congregation of the Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod, we believe, teach, and confess the Holy Bible. Our mission statement, “Tell. Teach. Involve.” reflects the Holy Spirit at work in our community to bring salvation to everyone.
Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Matthew 28:19-20
Teach.All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work. 2 Timothy 3:16-17
Involve.For just as the body is one and has many members, and all the members of the body, though many, are one body, so it is with Christ 1 Corinthians 12:12-20
All are welcome to worship with us. Bulletins are printed each week which includes the Order of Worship, available in large print. We also have screens on either side of the altar that project the Order of Worship for ease of following along.

Our Current Mission Project
Zion congregation has a passion for missions. Whether it is overseas, in the USA, or locally they have a passion to give and support various missions. Over the past years that have given to Missionaries in Uruguay; Unity Ridge Lutheran School of Crawford County (an LCMS school); local fire departments, food pantries; and Iowa District West Missions just to name a few.
